The results of these additional performance indicators will also be evaluated and their improvement controlled every year through work programs and the Upps Strategic Plan. For example, in the field of cooperation, in the field of education and research and service.

Evaluation of performance achievement is also based on the results of CPL achievement in one year of the class to analyze the success of the work program and the objectives of the study programs in the study program. In 2021, a CPL evaluation has been carried out. Following are the results of the study of PLO achievements in the Master of Education Management study program: For subjects without practicum the exelent score reached 71.21 and good reached 28.79 with an exelent benchmark of 85 and the good category was 70. Likewise for practical subjects the exelent category achieved a score 42.17 and good category with a score of 57.83. If all courses are combined, the average for excellent reaches 54.88 and for good it reaches 45.12. To get overall results, it can be done by analyzing the results of the learning monev each semester and by combining the results of the PLO achievement analysis. Monitoring and evaluation (monev) in Postgraduate is carried out to see the suitability between planning and implementation of learning, as well as the suitability and implementation of research and community service. The planning and implementation of learning monev is carried out by the Quality Assurance Group (GPM) and the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of the Postgraduate Study Program. Meanwhile, the monitoring and evaluation activities for postgraduate research and community service are carried out by the supervisory team from the LPPM, State University of Surabaya.
